Candidate Privacy Notice

This text is a pre-launch draft. The retention period for applications, the data controller’s full address and the names of the service providers will be added once confirmed by the company.
1. Data controller
Personal data in your internship or job application is processed by Özermudo Mühendislik Elektrik Elektronik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
2. Data processed
- Identity and contact: full name, e-mail address, phone number
- Application details: application type; for internships, school, department/field, year, preferred dates, duration and internship type; for general applications, city, field/position and experience level
- CV (PDF) and an optional note or cover letter
- Security data: the bot check result and your IP address, used temporarily to prevent abuse
We do not ask for national ID numbers, health information, photos or documents not needed for the application. Please do not include such information in your CV.
3. Purposes
- Reviewing internship and job applications
- Contacting you when a suitable internship period or position is available
- Preventing abuse of the form and keeping the site secure
Receiving an application does not mean an invitation to interview or an offer of an internship or job.
4. Legal grounds
Data is collected electronically on the grounds that processing is directly related to establishing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and the company’s legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
5. Security of CV files
Uploaded files must be PDFs of at most 5 MB. The server automatically checks the file type, signature and active content (scripts, embedded files, etc.). The file is never stored in a public folder on the website; it is forwarded with a random file name as an attachment to the company’s careers mailbox.
6. Transfers
Applications are delivered through the company’s e-mail infrastructure. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for bot protection and its servers may be located outside Türkiye. Application data is not shared with advertising or analytics services.
7. Retention
The retention period for applications will be added to this section once set by the company.
8. Your rights
To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK or to ask for your application to be deleted, write to kariyer@ozermudo.com.tr or info@ozermudo.com.tr.
