Privacy Policy and Contact Form Notice

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Özermudo Mühendislik Elektrik Elektronik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Özermudo Mühendislik”) as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The company operates in İzmir, Türkiye.

2. Data processed through the contact and quotation forms

• Identity and contact: full name, phone number
• Optional: company name
• Request content: the information you share in your message
• Security data: the bot check result and your IP address, used temporarily to prevent abuse

The forms do not ask for an e-mail address. Please do not share special categories of personal data, such as health information, in your message.

3. Purposes

• Forwarding your enquiry or quotation request to the relevant team and getting back to you
• Carrying out preliminary discussions and quotations for the requested service
• Preventing automated and malicious use of the forms and keeping the site secure

4. Legal grounds

Data is collected electronically through the form on the grounds that processing is directly related to establishing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and the company’s legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

No consent for marketing communications is requested, and form data is not used for that purpose.

5. Transfers and service providers

Form content is delivered to the relevant internal company mailbox through the company’s e-mail infrastructure. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for bot protection; it may process browser and connection data during verification and its servers may be located outside Türkiye. The map on the contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap, and a connection to OpenStreetMap servers is made when it loads.

Form data is not shared with advertising or analytics services.

6. Retention

Form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Exact retention periods will be added to this section once set by the company. IP records used for rate limiting are kept briefly and expire automatically.

7. Cookies

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party components such as the bot check and the map may use technical data strictly necessary for their function. There is therefore no separate cookie preference panel; if a service using optional cookies is added, a preference mechanism will be added too.

8. Your rights

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK — including learning whether your data is processed, requesting information, and requesting correction or deletion — contact info@ozermudo.com.tr.
