Measurement, Testing and Periodic Inspection
We carry out electrical measurements in your facility, record the results per item of equipment and give prioritised recommendations to resolve the deficiencies found.
Measurement is how a facility’s current condition is understood from data rather than assumptions. Load currents, voltage levels, heating at connections and the behaviour of power factor correction form the basis of maintenance, repair and capacity decisions.
We record under which load condition, with which instrument and at which point each measurement was taken. This makes results comparable with later measurements and turns findings into a priority list the facility can act on.
Scope
- A measurement plan based on the facility’s needs
- Load, current and voltage measurements at panels
- Investigation of heating findings at connections
- Recording results per equipment item and comparing them with previous records
- Assessment of deficiencies and recommendations to resolve them
How we work
- 1
Defining the scope
We clarify which measurements are needed and why, based on the facility.
- 2
On-site measurement
We measure under suitable operating conditions and record the load condition and measurement point.
- 3
Assessment
We interpret results together with equipment data, previous records and the facility’s operating pattern.
- 4
Report and follow-up
We report findings and recommendations by priority and re-check deficiencies once resolved.
Frequently asked questions
Let’s assess your facility’s needs together.
Contact us about a problem in your existing facility, a planned capacity increase or a new investment, and we will clarify the requirement together.
